Another IRS Chief Leaves for Red Cross

Like his boss before him, the head of the Internal Revenue Service will leave his post to join the American National Red Cross, reports the Associated Press.
Kevin M. Brown, acting commissioner since May, will become the chief operating officer of the Red Cross. His former boss at the IRS, Mark Everson, was recently named president of the Red Cross.
The IRS had no details about when it would name a new commissioner.
