AT&T Gives $25-Million to U. of Texas

AT&T has donated $25-million to the University of Texas at Austin for its Executive Education and Conference Center, which will also receive new technology equipment and services, reports the university.
The gift, paid out over five years, will help to build the new facility, which will be used for conferences, seminars, and continuing- and executive-education programs. It will comprise seven classrooms, an amphitheater, conference rooms, a ballroom, 300 guest rooms, three restaurants, and break rooms.
