Bits: Conference Highlights to be Posted Online; E-Mail List for Activists

* The Networking Neighborhoods Forum is a new e-mail discussion list for local non-profit groups and activists who are using the Internet to improve their communities. The list is managed by Zachary Korb, a neighborhood activist in Minneapolis.
