Correction

An article in Thursday’s Philanthropy Today about proposed new rules for vetting charities and employees of federal grant recipients incorrectly identified Samuel A. Worthington. He is the chief executive of InterAction, a coalition of American charities that work overseas. InterAction is protesting a plan proposed by the U.S. Agency for International Development last month to step up screening to seek out groups or people with links to terrorists.
