Foundation Named as Beneficiary of Singer’s Estate

Isaac Hayes, the soul-music singer-songwriter who died last month, left an undisclosed portion of his estate to the Isaac Hayes Foundation, according to the copy of his will filed with a probate court, reports The Commercial Appeal, in Memphis.
Some of Mr. Hayes’s estate will also go to his wife and 12 children. His foundation promotes literacy, education, music, and nutrition.
