The Texas jury that has spent 19 days deliberating whether the Holy Land Foundation, formerly one of the largest Muslim charities in the United States, channeled money to terrorists has decided the case, but the news will not be announced until Monday, reports The Dallas Morning News.
The foundation, as well as five of its organizers and supporters, is accused of wiring up to $12-million to Palestinian charity committees that prosecutors say were controlled by the terrorist group Hamas.
The announcement of the decision was held up because the judge in the case is attending a conference and will not return to work until Monday.
