MANAGEMENT HELP FOR NONPROFIT GROUPS

The University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business will soon offer financial and managerial advice to nonprofit groups and small business with offices near its Los Angeles campus, reports The Los Angeles Times. The university is working with the William J. Clinton Foundation and the Orfalea Family foundation to start the effort, which is modeled on a program created by former President Clinton and New York University. The program, to be called USC ImpactLA, received $2-million from the Orfalea Foundation and will receive guidance and assistance from the Clinton foundation.
