Soros Pledges $50-Million for New Economic Think Tank

George Soros, the billionaire financier, says he is giving $50-million to create a new economic think tank, called the Institute of New Economic Thinking, according to the Financial Times.
The gift, paid over 10 years, is aimed at rethinking economics, the paper says. “The dogma has lost touch with reality,” Mr. Soros told the news organization.
