* The Benton Foundation, in Washington, will be working with the AOL Foundation, in Dulles, Va., to create the Digital Divide Clearinghouse. The clearinghouse will operate a Web site that provides information on research and programs that deal with the disparity in access to technology between the rich and poor and among racial and ethnic groups. The site will also include a searchable data base of organizations, such as community technology centers and grant makers that are interested in technology.
