Speaker Bios:

Marci Alboher is chief engagement officer at CoGenerate, where her work focuses on collaboration and innovation across generations. A former New York Times columnist and blogger, she is the author of The Encore Career Handbook and One Person/Multiple Careers. She also serves on the faculty of the Modern Elder Academy and Union Theological Seminary’s Encore Transition Program. 

Jerry T. Haag is chief executive officer of One More Child Foundation, where he previously served as president from 2007 to 2024. During his tenure, the organization expanded from nine locations in Florida to a presence in 26 states and 19 countries and grew from serving 3,351 children and individuals in 2007 to more than 250,000 in 2023. He has led the organization through significant growth while developing programs focused on child hunger, human trafficking, single mothers, family support, and global services.
