Kerry Murphy Healey, president of Babson College, will become the first president of this new public-policy organization that is part of the Milken Institute.

Kenneth Rainin Foundation

Miyesha Perry, associate director of the Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation, has been hired as director of grants management.

Libra Foundation

The San Francisco foundation has hired two leaders of its criminal-justice grant making.

Kathryn Snyder, a senior adviser at Tides Advocacy, will now be senior program officer.

Maisha Quint, who served most recently as the multicultural fellow at the San Francisco Foundation, has been appointed program officer.

Sabina Carr, vice president of marketing at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, will now lead the San Antonio Botanical Garden as CEO.

Mark Dobosz, founder and president of Husar Consulting, in Sarasota, Fla., has joined the Western Sports Foundation as executive director.

Theresa Edy-Kiene, vice president of strategic planning and change management at Fuller Seminary, has been named CEO of the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles.

Chris Kiser, chief development officer of the Banner Health Foundation, has been appointed executive director of the Barton Foundation, in South Lake Tahoe, Calif.

New University Fundraisers

Andrea Shapiro Davis, associate vice chancellor for corporate, foundation, and major-gift development at the City University of New York, has been promoted to interim vice chancellor for university advancement.


John Malcolm, chief development officer for Partners in Health, has been named vice president of institutional advancement at Emerson College.

Karen Paciero, associate vice president for development at University of Chicago Medicine, will become vice president for advancement at Loyola University Chicago on October 1.

Julie Rehm, vice president of foundation and government relations at Case Western Reserve University, will now serve as vice president for advancement at Cleveland State University and executive director of the CSU Foundation.

R. Todd Simpson, chief executive of the Peru State College Foundation, has been named vice president for university advancement at Missouri Western State University and executive director of its foundation.

Amy Yancey, associate vice president for development at the University of Virginia, has been appointed vice president for development at Boston College.

Caprice Jenerson, director of the pro bono and volunteer unit at the New York Legal Assistance Group, has been promoted to chief equity and inclusion officer, a new position at the legal-aid organization.

Lauren Peterson, manager of community outreach and engagement at Enroll Indy, has joined the Mind Trust as senior director of community engagement.

Taryn Kaschock Russell, acting artistic director of the dance division at the Juilliard School, will now serve as director of the Harkness Dance Center at the 92nd Street Y.

Jon Stettner, CEO of Make-a-Wish International, will now be a senior consultant at the Cagney Company, a nonprofit-management firm in Phoenix.

Lydia Van Note, a nonprofit and campaign consultant in San Diego, has been hired as director of community impact and environment initiatives at the San Diego Foundation.
