Volunteerism: What’s Next?

To mark the first anniversary of the Serve America Act, leaders of community-service organizations joined with Shirley Sagawa, author of The American Way to Change, to discuss key trends and next steps that policy makers, foundations, nonprofit groups, and others can make to ensure that Americans volunteer to deal with tough social problems.
