Although Not Free, the Rent Isn’t Much

Most communities have open office space that could be made available to local non-profits (“Foundations Offer Shelter to Charities,” October 2). Addison Center for the Arts recently opened its first office in Addison, Ill., thanks to the generosity of Addison Green Meadows Inc. and the Lullo family.

The rent is $1 per year. A number of people offered to pay that for us.
