A Guide to Resources on Leadership Training

September 8, 2016 | Read Time: 2 minutes

Leadership training for young employees can help nonprofits address two pressing problems: high turnover rates among junior staff members who want opportunities for career advancement, and inadequate planning for future leadership needs, which jeopardizes organizational stability.

In addition, several fellowships offer nonprofit employees opportunities for training. To help you tackle training for yourself or your staff, we’ve assembled a list of free or low-cost ideas for training employees.
