Robert Friedman, chairman and founder of the Corporation for Enterprise Development, discusses how working with Jimmy Carter when he was governor of Georgia led him to a career in the nonprofit world. During the Carter administration, Mr. Friedman worked in the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
