Meyer Fund Veteran Moves to New Foundation; GiveMN Gets New Leader

Crimsonbridge Foundation
Danielle Reyes, former senior program officer at the Eugene & Agnes E. Meyer Foundation, was appointed executive director of the Crimsonbridge Foundation, a private foundation established this year in Bethesda, Md., that supports social-service groups, health organizations, and programs that cater to children and their families. The fund’s founder, Gabriela Smith, is a venture philanthropist; she serves a president of the foundation and of the Crimsonbridge Group, which makes impact investments.
Ms. Reyes, a 13-year veteran of the Meyer foundation, helped to develop its grant-making program in economic security and nonprofit development.

Jake Blumberg, senior director of development, communication, and volunteer engagement at Open Arms of Minnesota, was named executive director.
National Council of Teachers of English
Emily Kirkpatrick, vice president at the National Center for Families Learning, was appointed executive director.
Parelli Foundation
Theresa Fincher, director of philanthropy and operations, was promoted to executive director.
Philip L. Van Every Foundation
Dick Pahle, former deputy director of development at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, was appointed executive director.
Resource Alliance
Kyla Shawyer, interim chief executive, will be chief executive.
