Pa. Nonprofit Health Insurer Cuts 182 Positions

Capital Blue Cross, a nonprofit health insurer in Harrisburg, Pa., has laid off 87 employees and has eliminated 95 vacant positions, according to The Patriot News, in Harrisburg, Pa.
